These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using Promptory (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

1. Registration

Registration is completed when an applicant applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Service and the Service approves the application.

2. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in acts that violate laws, acts related to criminal activities, or acts that disrupt or interfere with the functions of the Service's servers or networks.

3. Disclaimer

The Service shall be exempted from liability for default unless such default is due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Service. Furthermore, the Service does not guarantee that the output results, such as images generated using the prompts provided, will be completely identical to the sample images. Due to the nature of AI models, the generated results may vary each time.

4. Changes to Terms

The Service may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary.
